Pay scale table for zone 0 to 30 kg Priority
First number weight, second number price in CHF:
2:8.00,5:10.00,10:13.00,20:19.00,30:26.00
1. Pending
Pending are shopping carts which you checked out, but didn’t pay for (yet).
2. Payment OK
We got your payment and your order will begin processing soon.
3. Warehouse Que
Your order is waiting for stock to be allocated to you from our warehouse shelves. At normal (non peak) times, your order will be waiting in this queue no longer than three days. The majority of orders have stock allocated same-day or within one day.
4. Packing
We are hand-packing your goods and affixing shipping invoice and shipping labels. When the packages are queued for pickup by the courier, your order is still in this status.
5. Deliver
Hurray! Your order has been picked up by the courier or freight company and is speeding its way to you! Check the tracking detail in your account to follow your order from here.
